Strict zero tolerance for simulated orders, review syndicates, rating manipulation, bot seeding, or false settlement claims.

Absolute non-discrimination based on caste, religion, community, or gender. Maintain polite, courteous communications at all times.

Accurate menu descriptions, honest portion grammages, and active, valid municipal kitchen operational permits.

Honor all confirmed meal subscription schedules and daily dispatch cut-offs without arbitrary last-minute rejections or cancellations.

Mandatory disclosure of nuts, gluten, lactose, cooking mediums (cold-pressed vs. refined oils), sodium, and spicy profiles.

Immediate 60-minute internal review for any subscriber food quality complaints, foreign object reports, or allergen notifications.

Never coerce, harass, or mislead subscribers to bypass lawful app-based pause periods, automated refunds, or cancellation options.

Active FSSAI state/central license prominently displayed in preparation areas alongside maintained temperature logs and pest control records.

Strict compliance with GST laws (Section 52 TCS), fair wage standards for kitchen staff, certified kitchen hygiene, and commercial fire codes.

Absolute confidentiality of subscriber addresses, dietary notes, and contacts. Never scrape or export customer logs to third-party databases.

Seamless and immediate access for surprise hygiene audits, raw material sourcing inspections, and automated digital ledger reconciliations.
