The operational doctrine of Brocoly Foods is grounded in precise attribution: the party responsible for the underlying defect or fulfillment lapse bears the direct financial consequence, inclusive of payment gateway reversal fees and subscriber compensatory credits, subject to Indian consumer protection statutes and the Master Commercial Partner Agreement.

When customer refunds or credit claims arise from merchant-controlled activities, Brocoly shall offset the total refunded amount alongside applicable card network processing charges against the Partner’s accrued weekly settlement balance.

Where a refund is demonstrably caused solely by an error in the Brocoly platform architecture, the Partner’s verified preparation costs remain fully protected, and Brocoly absorbs all merchant fee liabilities and subscriber compensation out of its operating budget.

Subscription cancellation rights depend on consumer cut-off timetables established to prevent fresh kitchen food waste while preserving customer flexibility. Kitchen partners must strictly adhere to the synchronized cut-off states below:

Brocoly deploys automated algorithmic surveillance across all orders and subscriber billing streams. Any irregular spike in refunds, repetitive claims from affiliated devices, or collusion patterns triggers immediate audit controls.

Brocoly initiates customer refund commands directly through licensed payment gateways (such as Razorpay) within 24 hours of mutual approval. Downstream crediting timelines are governed strictly by domestic inter-bank clearings:
