End User License Agreement (Android)

This EULA governs your right to use the Brocoly Android application available on Google Play. Google LLC is not a party to this agreement and has no obligations regarding the App or its content.

1. License Grant

Brocoly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Brocoly mobile application on any Android device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

You may not distribute the App outside of Google Play without Brocoly's written permission, or reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App[cite: 256, 259].

3. Google Play - Specific Terms

You acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between you and Brocoly only, and not with Google LLC. Your use of the App must comply with Google Play's Developer Programme Policies and the Google Play Terms of Service. Brocoly, not Google, is responsible for addressing any warranty claims. Google is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA.

4. Updates & Termination

Brocoly may issue updates or new versions of the App from time to time via Google Play. Brocoly reserves the right to discontinue support for older versions. Brocoly may also terminate this EULA at any time. Upon termination, you must cease all use and uninstall the App.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
