Google Play Store End User License Terms

Important Notice: This agreement is concluded between you and Brocoly Foods Pvt. Ltd. only, and not with Google LLC. Brocoly is solely responsible for the App, meal logistics, and customer support. Google has no maintenance, support, or direct warranty obligations under this license.

Section 01 key

1. License Grant

Brocoly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Brocoly mobile application on any Android device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

Licensed for installation on compatible Android OS smartphones and tablets associated with your Google Play profile.

Authorized exclusively for ordering meals, managing subscription cadence, and coordinating kitchen deliveries.

2. Restrictions

You may not distribute the App outside of Google Play without Brocoly's written permission, or reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

Distributing the App outside of Google Play without Brocoly's written permission is strictly prohibited.

code_off No Reverse Engineering

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract proprietary meal dispatch schemas.

smart_toy No Automated Scraping

Automated scraping, bot scripts, mock GPS injectors, and automated slot reservation tools are barred.

security Integrity & Root Tampering

Bypassing Google Play Integrity API or executing under altered runtime hooks will void active access.

3. Google Play - Specific Terms

You acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between you and Brocoly only, and not with Google LLC. Your use of the App must comply with Google Play's Developer Programme Policies and the Google Play Terms of Service. Brocoly, not Google, is responsible for addressing any warranty claims. Google is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA.

Your use of the Brocoly application must continuously adhere to Google Play Developer Programme Policies and Terms of Service.

Section 04 update

4. Updates & Termination

Brocoly may issue updates or new versions of the App from time to time via Google Play. Brocoly reserves the right to discontinue support for older versions. Brocoly may also terminate this EULA at any time. Upon termination, you must cease all use and uninstall the App.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
