Terms of Service

Brocoly is a platform connecting you with Meal Providers not a meal delivery service itself. You must be 18+ to use this app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Brocoly mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What Brocoly Does

Brocoly is a B2B2C meal subscription management platform. We provide software infrastructure to Meal Providers. Actual meal preparation and delivery is carried out solely by your Meal Provider. Brocoly is not a restaurant, kitchen, food delivery service, or marketplace.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Plan details, pricing, and inclusions are set by the Meal Provider. Brocoly charges a 5% platform fee on each transaction. This is included in the price displayed to you there are no hidden charges. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

4. Cancellations, Pauses & Refunds

You may cancel future subscription renewals at any time through the App. Refunds are available for unused meals, provided the refund request is submitted before the Meal Provider's meal preparation cutoff time for that meal. Refund requests are reviewed and approved by the Meal Provider, not Brocoly.

5. Meal Provider Relationship

Your Meal Provider is an independent business. Brocoly does not guarantee the quality, safety, taste, or timely delivery of meals. Any disputes about food quality or delivery should first be raised with your Meal Provider.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Brocoly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or meal quality, safety, or delivery issues caused by the Meal Provider[cite: 116, 117, 119].
