Brocoly collects only what's needed to run your meal subscription. We never sell your data. Your information is shared only with the meal provider you subscribed to, Razorpay (payments), and Firebase (app functionality).

1. Who We Are

Brocoly operates a SaaS-enabled meal subscription management platform accessible via our mobile application. Brocoly connects customers with meal subscription companies ("Meal Providers") and facilitates subscription management, meal selection, and related services.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: Full name, email address, phone number when you register.
  • Authentication: Login credentials via email/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In.
  • Provider Code: The unique company code used to access your Meal Provider's offerings.
  • Delivery Information: Physical delivery address(es) for meal deliveries.
  • Dietary Preferences: Food preferences and dietary restrictions/allergies you provide.
  • Payment Information: Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store raw card details.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share your name, contact details, delivery address, dietary preferences, and order details with the specific Meal Provider you subscribed to. They use this to prepare and deliver your meals. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is deleted within 30 days. Transaction records and order history are retained for 7 years as required under Indian tax and accounting laws.

5. Your Rights Under DPDP Act 2023

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access, correct, or request erasure of your data, and nominate a person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity[cite: 180, 181, 182, 183, 184].
